Privacy Policy

Operated by Heron Networks LLC.

The desktop MCP server sends no telemetry unless you explicitly opt in. We store only what is required to run your account: your email, a session token, and (after purchase) a license key. We never sell your data.

Bluetooth and the local-network bridge (the phone app)

The phone app uses Bluetooth Low Energy only to talk to a microcontroller board you choose to connect to. Over that link it receives the board's serial output (shown on the Console tab) and sends the lines you type, plus any commands the desktop MCP server asks it to relay. The app asks for Bluetooth permission for this purpose and does not use Bluetooth to track your location.

If you turn on the bridge (a Pro feature), the app starts a small server on your phone that listens on your local network (TCP port 47632). The desktop MCP server reaches your board through it. Every request must carry the pairing token the app shows you; requests without it are refused. The bridge is local TCP only: it does not connect out to us or to any relay, and the board's data stays on your phone and your own network.

Nothing else leaves the phone. The only traffic from the app to our servers is sign-in (your email and the session token), account deletion, and, if you buy Pro in the app, the store receipt we check to confirm the purchase. Board names, serial output, sketches and firmware are not sent to us, and there is no advertising or analytics SDK in the app.

Rate-limit records (IP addresses)

To stop abuse, the server counts calls to the purchase-check, license-check and agent API endpoints per client IP address, per account and per license key. Those counters are rows that contain the IP address (or the account id or license key) and a timestamp. They are used for nothing else, and every write deletes the rows older than 24 hours, so no such record is kept longer than 24 hours.

Self-service deletion: sign in and use the "Delete account" action, or call DELETE /api/auth/me directly. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
